The concept of ‘Rahmani Qaida’ is derived from the Arabic word ‘Rahmani’ that means ‘Merciful’ referring to Allah’s attribute. The word ‘Qaida’ translates to foundation, and in this context, so that way the foundational book used to learn Quranic recitation.
