Islam places a lot of emphasis on Daily life Duas, which means to remain connected to your creator at all times, to be grateful to Allah swt in good circumstances, and to be patient and pray for His assistance in bad ones.
A more elevated form of worship, prayer brings the supplicant closer to the All-Powerful Allah.
Since Allah already knows what is in your heart, there is no need to have a set time, location, or circumstance in order to make supplication. When you summon the Lord by heart and make dua, Allah has already written everything in the Taqdeer. In Shaa, God will settle your problems.
